🏥 Medical Support for Territorial Communities of Zhytomyr Region and Other Regions

Organization of the supply of medicines, medical preparations, and bandaging materials for hospitals and clinics.

🚑 First Aid Kits:

Preparation and distribution of first aid kits for emergency situations.

🤲 Public Participation and Interaction:

Involvement of the community in the organization and implementation of medical initiatives.

How it all began

The date 02.24.22 changed all Ukrainians. We became more mature as a nation. That’s why two teams from France and Ukraine joined forces.

Yes, one of the residents of Zhytomyr in France did an extraordinary thing. During her 9-month pregnancy, Ella Pratsyovyta rallied the town of Clermont-Ferrand, taking to the square in support of Ukraine. Within just 2 weeks, all local volunteers in the vicinity of this region gathered around the girl. She founded the Association “Agir ensemble pour l’Ukraine” and, with the support of Pharmacien Humanitaires d’Auvergne and compassionate people in France, collected the first truckload of medicines.

After that, the question of securely delivering the necessary medications from France specifically to the city of Zhytomyr arose. Ella trusted us as a reliable organization in Ukraine.

In Zhytomyr, our volunteers took up the initiative. We vividly saw and believed in the fact why Ukrainians are compared to bees. Perhaps the bee is our totem! Because self-organization of volunteers is incredible! Someone unloads and carries, someone sorts, someone is at the distribution point—each has taken on their role. Special thanks to the teachers and staff of the pharmaceutical college.

The volunteer team

Each person came to our volunteer office in their own way. The war left no one aside… The answer to the simple question “Why did you become a volunteer?” is the same for everyone: “I CAN’T STAY ASIDE, I HAVE SOMETHING TO HELP WITH.”

🇺🇦February 24, 2022, became a date that changed the life of every Ukrainian. It was a time of trials and determination, but also a day when we, as a nation, grew and united into an unshakable whole.

🤝 France and Ukraine Unite:

Together with our friends from France, we felt the power of friendship and support in the most difficult moments. Our union became a symbol of solidarity and inexhaustible strength of will.

🇺🇦 More Mature and Stronger:

This day made us more mature and resilient. We went through trials, and our nation is capable of great achievements.

We express gratitude to every person and country that supports us in these challenging times. Together we are invincible.

“So, what started the “war-fear-misunderstanding”?! It all began with a simple, clear realization that one cannot remain on the sidelines! That’s where it all started…

And the work of the headquarters appeared like thunder out of the blue when, during assistance from the logistical headquarters of Zhytomyr Regional State Administration and the military, an organization approached me, wanting to deliver cargo to trusted beneficiaries. The Association “Dopomozhemo Ukrayini Razom” from France reached out and asked for assistance in delivering humanitarian cargo…
