  • Lack of family trust in the nurse;
  • Underdeveloped communication skills in nursing staff

This model emphasizes the quality, not quantity, of visits to families with children. Accessible and convenient for the family, as the nurse conducts home visits. Focuses on the physical, psycho-emotional, and social development and well-being of the child, incorporating developed algorithms for psychological and social work within the family. Provides the opportunity to “detect and mitigate or significantly reduce risks that may lead to issues” early on. We started in 2022 in the Zhytomyr region. Feedback from families has been overwhelmingly positive, with 97.5% expressing a desire to continue receiving home visit services. Currently, implementation has begun in 14 regions across Ukraine.
