"In Touch Ukraine Foundation" is:

A team of professionals in various fields who dedicate their knowledge and efforts to the development of Zhytomyr region.
Provider of opportunities for families with children for education, development, leisure, health, protection, support, and assistance.
A family for each team member who listens, supports, helps, and creates conditions for growth and development.
A part of the heart and soul of everyone who works with us and shares our views.

Our team

We are completely different individuals with various specialties, from different communities, towns, and villages in the Zhytomyr region. However, each of us, through our work, contributes a brick to the construction of opportunities for the residents of Zhytomyr. These include social, educational, and medical services, humanitarian support, access to developmental and educational opportunities for children, and meeting their needs according to their age.

We believe in the power of collective work and the development of each individual, which is why we are working on creating conditions and opportunities to improve life in our beloved Zhytomyr region. Thanks to the efforts of our team, we are steadily progressing toward our goals!

The NGO “In Touch Ukraine Foundation” was formed through the synergy of Margarita Siranchuk and Natalia Boyko, both principled, strong-willed, determined, and confident. These qualities helped them join forces to drive the extensive UNICEF support project.

Organization Rules

🌍Our Mission: We, the In Touch Ukraine Foundation, dedicate our efforts to the creation and implementation of humanitarian aid and recovery for the Zhytomyr region. Our mission goes beyond providing temporary assistance; it involves restoration and support for sustainable development.

🤝 Partnership with Government Organizations: We actively collaborate with government organizations for effective coordination of aid and defining priorities for recovery. Our partnership is built on mutual understanding and a shared goal of creating a better future for the residents of the Zhytomyr region.

🤲 Volunteer Teams: Our work wouldn’t be possible without volunteer teams, which are the heart of our civic organization. Volunteers, with great enthusiasm and love, dedicate their time and efforts to providing assistance to those in need. We take pride in our community of volunteers and recognize their significant contribution to our success.

From History to Results

How we started and what results we achieved.

Beginning of the Journey: Our story started in March 2022. Starting as volunteer groups ‘Action. Together‘ and ‘Humanitarian Battalion,’ we decided to unite our efforts to provide assistance to those in need.

Who we are: We are different people with various professions, but we share a common goal – to help our community and the Zhytomyr region as a whole. From the first days of the war, our volunteers demonstrated activity and self-organization, providing assistance to those affected by the military actions.

Our achievements: Since then, we have expanded our activities and achieved significant results:

Provided assistance to adults and children, medical professionals, military personnel, internally displaced persons (IDPs), social care organizations, and people with disabilities. Collaborated with various international organizations and donors. Provided social, educational, and medical services for communities in the Zhytomyr region. Actively worked on creating conditions for improving life in the region.

Our mission: We believe in the power of collective work and individual development. Our Public Organization is working on creating conditions and opportunities to improve the quality of life in the Zhytomyr region.

Team's weekdays

We are together! When a colleague needs help urgently, our team comes together, regardless of weekends.

Our team at the In Touch Ukraine Foundation is not new to this – from the first days of the war, our volunteers, like bees, organized themselves and have been helping those in need.

Currently, we are focusing on the most vulnerable – the little Ukrainians. The task of adults: to protect, defend, teach, and develop.

Our work is aimed at supporting children and their families, especially those who have found themselves in difficult life circumstances.

Cooperation

NGO “NGO” In Touch Ukraine Foundation “collaborates with state and public organizations, charitable and volunteer funds to support and assist the residents of the Zhytomyr region in the conditions of war.

Together we gain that tremendous experience of a world level and can show how volunteer organizations should work side by side,” emphasized Iryna Vereshchuk, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories, at an online meeting.

Engaged social work specialists, psychologists, and teachers have been working with population in Zhytomyr region in cooperation with our organization

In the first quarter of 2022, the implementation of the cross-sectoral project of the In Touch Ukraine Foundation with the support of UNICEF united 792 employees.

These are absolutely different people, of different specialties, from different cities and villages of the Zhytomyr region. However, each of them, through their work, contributes to building opportunities for the residents of Zhytomyr. This includes social, educational, and medical services, humanitarian support, accessibility to opportunities for the development and education of children, and meeting their age-specific needs

Monitoring

The NGO “In Touch Ukraine Foundation” closely collaborates with officers from the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), who provide consultations and support in the implementation of the cross-sectoral project. The head of the UNICEF Representation in Ukraine, Murat Shahin, visited the Zhytomyr region. Officers from UNICEF regularly visit the region for the following areas implemented in the project: Health, Education, Child Protection, Social Protection, WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene)
