For the past three months, mobile medical teams (MMTs) have been operating in the Narodychi, Olevske, and Slovechanske communities in Zhytomyr Oblast. Each MMT consists of a family doctor, nurse, psychologist, and social worker, who weekly travel to various villages in these northern communities to restore access to medical services for local residents.
During each visit, MMTs provide consultations to an average of 20-30 local residents on medical and socio-psychological issues.
If you have relatives or acquaintances in these communities, you can inform them about the opportunity to check their health status and receive a consultation from a psychologist on the day of the MMT’s visit.
Every month, the In Touch Ukraine Foundation updates the scheduled visits of MMTs on an online map, accessible via the following link:
How to Use the Map:
- Select the MMT section, Korosten district (on the right side of the map, there is a list where you can check the box).
- Then, on the left side of the map, there are marks with a pin. By clicking on any of them, you can see the settlement, date, address of the MMT appointment, and contact phone number.
