How to Overcome Insecurity and Shyness
We understand that many people may feel insecure or shy about seeking psychological help. Here are some ideas on how we can help you overcome these feelings:
- Anonymous Consultations: You can request an anonymous consultation where your name and personal data will remain confidential.
- Group Sessions: Participate in group sessions where you can communicate with others who experience similar emotions and experiences. This can reduce the feeling of isolation.
- Psychological Webinars and Online Seminars: Participate in online webinars and seminars where you can gain useful knowledge and skills without the need for direct communication.
- Start with Small Steps: Start with short consultations or ask for small pieces of advice. This will help you get used to the process and overcome initial shyness.
- Feedback: Receive feedback and recommendations from those who have already used our services. Reviews can give you confidence in your decision.
- Get Information from the Administrator: Learn how the session goes and read reviews from other visitors. This will help you understand the process and reduce the uncertainty that may cause shyness.
