Regarding the conduct of the request for quotations

The Non-Governmental Organization “In Touch Ukraine Foundation” (hereinafter referred to as the Client) announces a request for quotations for the procurement of items for equipping the Primary Health Care Center in the city of Valky, Kharkiv region, as part of the project document implementation between the NGO “In Touch Ukraine Foundation” and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) UKR/PCA2022105/PD2024419 dated February 23, 2024, and invites participants to submit a quotation.

Name of the procurement item: Furniture and office equipment
Characteristics of the procurement item, including necessary technical, qualitative, quantitative, and other parameters: specified in Appendix No. 1 “Technical Specification”.
Deadline for submitting quotations: May 5, 2024, by 12:00 PM (inclusive) Kyiv time.
Website address where the procurement information is posted: https://www.intouchukraine.com/ in the “Procurement” section.
Validity period of the quotation: the quotation must be valid for 10 calendar days.
Terms of delivery: within 5 business days from the date of signing the contract.
Contact details for submitting the quotation: the quotation, consisting of the documents specified in item 11, should be sent as scanned copies and must have a clear appearance of the complete (finished) document, stamps, signatures, etc., to the email address: in.touch.ukraine.foundation@gmail.com with the subject line: “Quotation for Announcement No. INTOUCH/050”.

Organizational requirements:

  • Legal entity or Individual entrepreneur under Ukrainian law.
  • Payment will be made within 3 business days after signing the Service Agreement without VAT.

Criteria for evaluating quotations that meet the mandatory technical and qualification requirements:

  • Price criterion.

The quotation must include:

  • The quotation: completed and signed Appendix No. 2 “Quotation Form”;
  • Completed and signed Appendix No. 1 “Technical Specification”;
  • Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Organizations;
  • Charter or other founding document (for legal entities);
  • Other information and documents that the participant deems necessary to submit.

  • Appendix No. 1 “Technical Specification”;
  • Appendix No. 2 “Quotation Form”;
  • Appendix No. 3 “Draft Agreement”.
