🏫 Partnership with the Postgraduate Pedagogical Education Institute: For the successful launch of the COOPERATION program, we chose to partner with the municipal institution “Zhytomyr Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education” of the Zhytomyr Regional Council. The institute has a positive reputation among education professionals and has an extensive contact network for promoting and engaging teachers in the region.
📚 Development of Educational Program Modules: The initial stage of the activity involved developing educational program modules. Four institute experts worked on the following topics:
- “Key Aspects of Using Facilitative Methods in the Educational Process”
- “Teaching Risk Prevention from Explosive Ordnance (EORE)”
- “Building Children’s Resilience in War and Post-War Conditions”
- “Digital Content for Blended Learning: Modern Requirements and Opportunities”
💻 Online Training for 36 Trainers: The next stage included online training for 36 trainers and experts. They provided courses to schoolteachers and school psychologists through Google Classroom. This was essential for further quality education and monitoring the learning process.
🌐 Relevant Responses to Modern Challenges: As part of the project, a comprehensive educational module on explosive ordnance risk prevention was developed. This became a pilot project in the Zhytomyr region to disseminate information among students and educational staff.
🏆 Results of the Innovative Course:
📘 For the Institute and Experts: The developed course became a valuable resource for the institute and experts. They can use it in the institute’s future work for the systematic improvement of the competencies of educational workers and anyone involved in the educational process.
👩🏫 For Pedagogical Staff: Educational workers who successfully completed the training course gained new knowledge and practical skills. This will contribute to increasing their effectiveness in carrying out pedagogical activities.
🎓 Continued Development: The obtained results are just the beginning. We continue to develop and improve programs for further enhancement of education quality in the region.
