How to Make an Appointment with the MMT Doctors?
Mobile medical teams travel to three communities in Zhytomyr Region – Olevska, Narodytska, and Slovechanska – to restore access to medical services for the local population. The teams include a family doctor, a nurse, a psychologist, and a social worker.
The mobile medical teams (MMTs) started operating in Zhytomyr Region in January 2024. Now, people living in the northern communities of the region who cannot attend regular medical check-ups have the opportunity to get examined.
If you have relatives or friends in these communities, you can inform them about the opportunity to check their health and receive a psychologist’s consultation on the day of the MMT’s visit.

How to Use the Map?
- Select the MMT section, Korostenskyi district (there is a list on the right side of the map where you can check the box).
- After this, markers with geotags will appear on the left side of the map. Clicking on any marker will show the settlement, date, MMT reception address, and contact phone number.
MMT Visit Schedule for August
In August, the MMTs will operate according to the following schedule:
- 01.08 – Kishy, Olevska Hromada;
- 06.08 – Zakusylly, Narodytska Hromada;
- 07.08 – Kovanka, Slovechanska Hromada;
- 08.08 – Yurove, Olevska Hromada;
- 12.08 – Zubkovychi, Olevska Hromada;
- 13.08 – Vyazivka, Narodytska Hromada;
- 14.08 – Stari Velidnyky, Slovechanska Hromada;
- 20.08 – Bolotnytsia, Narodytska Hromada;
- 21.08 – Mozhary, Slovechanska Hromada;
- 22.08 – Pokrovske, Olevska Hromada;
- 28.08 – Lystvyn, Slovechanska Hromada;
- 29.08 – Kopyshche, Olevska Hromada.
The MMTs operate within the framework of the In Touch Ukraine Foundation project “Restoring Access to Medical Services in Zhytomyr Region Communities,” which is implemented with the support of the USAID project, in collaboration with Pact “Innovations to Overcome the HIV Epidemic.” The goal is to help community residents receive medical and socio-psychological services.
