REQUEST FOR A PRICE OFFER
In order to carry out the day-to-day activities of the Public Organization “Non-Governmental Organization “IN TOUCH UKRAINE FOUNDATION”) (hereinafter – the Tenant) conducts a procedure for requesting price offers to rent office space.
Basic requirements for the premises:
- Location – Zhytomyr (preference is given to the Central districts of the city);
- The total area of the object is not less than 55 square meters;
- Material and technical support – at least 6 desks, office printing equipment, office furniture, air conditioner, coffee machine, availability of a router connected to the Internet, a cooler for cooling water.
- The purpose of the facility is office space (according to the facility’s passport).
Security – the office premises must be equipped with video surveillance cameras and protected in accordance with the physical security agreement with the entities providing such services.
The main conditions of the lease:
- The term of renting the premises – 1 calendar month (from August 1, 2022 to August 31, 2022);
- Reimbursement of utility services – according to the bill from the lessor issued at the beginning of the next month preceding the month in which the object was rented;
- The lease agreement is concluded in accordance with the norms of the Civil and Commercial Law of Ukraine.
The lessee is a non-profit organization and is not a VAT payer.
On the basis of the above, the Customer requests to provide a price offer for the lease of office premises according to Appendix 1 and taking into account the above requirements by July 29, 2022.

We also inform you that this request letter is not an offer within the meaning of Part 2 of Art. 638 and Part 1 of Art. 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
Note! Before concluding the contract, the Lessee’s representative conducts a preliminary visual inspection of the rental object to establish the fact of compliance with the characteristics of the object stated in the price offer.
