The Non-Governmental Organization “In Touch Ukraine Foundation” (hereinafter referred to as the Client) announces a request for quotations for the procurement of commissioning and technical supervision services, specifically:
- Commissioning and technical supervision of 17 CNC milling machines, 17 Makeblock LaserBox Pro laser cutters, 17 3D printers, 34 Oculus Quest 2 virtual reality headsets, and 17 Robobo robotics kits.
- Develop a work schedule for site visits to perform the work and agree on it with the Client.
- Coordinate with the institutions the day and time for the commissioning work, and then inform the Client one business day before the visit.
- The Contractor has the right to involve third parties in the performance of this task, informing the Client in writing.
- In the event of deviations from the established and approved installation schedule, inform the Client one business day before the change.
- Provide technical supervision of the equipment and, in the event of deviations or errors in the equipment’s operation, ensure prompt response and dispatch of relevant specialists to the equipment’s location to carry out adjustment work.
The deadline for submitting quotations is July 1, 2023. Validity period of the quotation: the quotation must be valid for 15 calendar days.
