A pilot program of financial assistance for households with children who have lost one or both breadwinners as a result of military actions will be launched in the Zhytomyr region, supported by the UNICEF Executive Partner Foundation in the region – NGO “NGO In Touch Ukraine Foundation.”
Who can receive payments?
Financial assistance can be expected by families who have lost one or both breadwinners as a result of military actions and are currently located in the Zhytomyr region. However, these families have not previously received financial assistance from UNICEF or any other international humanitarian organization (after February 24, 2022).
Amount of financial assistance
The amount of financial payments per month is 2,220 UAH per family member, but not more than five people.
The family will be able to receive one-time assistance for three months.
