Organizational Context:


The public organization “In Touch Ukraine Foundation” is seeking a specialist to take on the role of Coordinator of Psychological Support Spaces (PSS) within the “Restoring Access to Healthcare Services” direction, part of the “Innovations to Combat the HIV Epidemic” project, for a period of 4.5 months.

The “Restoring Access to Healthcare Services” direction under the “Innovations to Combat the HIV Epidemic” project is implemented under the grant agreement between the In Touch Ukraine Foundation and Pact Inc. No. 380-018818 dated December 6, 2023, supported by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The project executors are a consortium of three organizations: Pact, FHI 360, and AFEW-Ukraine (AIDS Foundation East-West).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Higher education in project management, public administration, law, international relations, medicine, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, public organization activities, international projects, or regional development.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level; knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Drive, Google Docs, Canva, Figma, CRM systems, Data Check.
  • Certificates confirming professional development or competency enhancement will be an advantage.

Additional documents required for participation in the competition:

  • Provide confirmation of successful collaboration with local self-government bodies, regional or district state administrations, or other state or municipal institutions in the specified region, in any form.
  • Provide 2 examples of successful results in the implementation of international technical assistance (ITA) projects where you participated as a team member or coordinator.

Brief Job Description:

  • Communicating with the main team on PSS activities.
  • Recruiting, contracting, and organizing the work of PSS administrators.
  • Coordinating with regional and district administrations, local self-government bodies to ensure the effective operation of PSS.
  • Liaising with the heads of institutions hosting PSS to ensure the proper functioning of locations.
  • Participating in events, meetings, and training sessions during the implementation of the direction.
  • Preparing all necessary primary and legal documents for PSS operations (contracts, orders, protocols, etc.).
  • Developing technical specifications for equipment procurement for PSS.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the PSS project schedule.
  • Managing deadlines and responding to donor requests.
  • Holding working meetings with PSS administrators.
  • Approving PSS work schedules.
  • Establishing effective communication models with participating communities (Slovechansk, Narodychi, Olevsk).
  • Monitoring the achievement of indicators within the PSS direction.
  • Creating a positive image for the PSS direction.
  • Implementing informational and educational activities related to PSS operations.
  • Preparing materials to promote the direction in the region.
  • Verifying invoices and ensuring donor procedures are followed during project implementation.
  • Preparing documents for tranche requests and settlements.
  • Drafting narrative reports on PSS direction for donor reporting.
  • Performing other tasks necessary for the successful implementation of the PSS direction.
