The NGO “In Touch Ukraine Foundation”, EDRPOU code 44749100, invites an expert or organization to collaborate on data analysis in the Zhytomyr region concerning existing organizations for a balanced approach to family counseling during the implementation of the project “Implementation of the Universal Progressive Home Visit Model and Child-Oriented Integrated Medical Services at the Local Level in Specific Regions of Ukraine”, which will be carried out in cooperation with UNICEF as part of the “Caring from Birth at Home” home visit program.
The project “Implementation of the Universal Progressive Home Visit Model and Child-Oriented Integrated Medical Services at the Local Level in Specific Regions of Ukraine” is being implemented by UNICEF and the NGO “In Touch Ukraine Foundation”.
As part of the project, a universal-progressive home visit model for households with children aged 0 to 3 years has been launched in 22 communities of the Zhytomyr region, based on primary healthcare centers (PHC).

Goal: Create a high-quality analytical document regarding service-providing organizations in the territorial communities of Zhytomyr region to optimize the work of patronage teams.
Analysis Tasks:
- Develop a methodology and create a high-quality document (with design) for dissemination among medical workers conducting patronage visits as part of the “Caring from Birth at Home” project for a balanced approach to family counseling.
Deadline for completion: October 30, 2024.
Project geography: Zhytomyr region (66 communities).
Requirements for the candidate/organization:
- Relevant experience in developing analytical materials (please provide examples in a cover letter).
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Drive, Google Docs, Canvas, Figma, CRM systems.
- Certificates of professional development or competence enhancement will be an advantage.
- Zero tolerance for any form of violence or discrimination and adherence to ethical standards.
Documents required for participation in the competition:
- CV in Ukrainian and English.
- Cover letter (including examples of relevant experience in developing analytical documents and motivation for this task).
- Price proposal in any form.
Brief description of expectations:
- Development of a methodology for collecting and presenting analytical information about organizations providing services to prospective parents and households with children aged 0 to 3 years (up to 10 pages) at the community, regional, and national levels.
- Work should be based on accessibility and barrier-free locations.
- Coordinate the methodology with the service provider when forming it.
- Provide recommendations on disseminating the gathered information.
- Facilitate information distribution at the regional level.
- Conduct a qualitative assessment of existing organizations in the Zhytomyr region (state, communal, NGO sectors) that may be necessary for future parents or parents with children aged 0 to 3 years.
- Divide the developed materials into the following areas: child protection, social assistance.
- Structure the document by community with contact information, areas of responsibility, and organization names for a clear understanding.
