💙Here are the additional classes that teachers in Zhytomyr region conduct for children to help them catch up with the curriculum or reinforce acquired knowledge.
These are extra lessons in “catch-up classes” in the following subjects:
🔹 Ukrainian language; 🔹 Mathematics; 🔹 Individual consultations with school psychologists for children; 🔹 Primary education (mathematics, writing, reading, literacy, I explore/know the world).
🔵 Special attention is given to mine safety. Since Ukraine is the most mined country in the world, children need to acquire knowledge that can save lives.
🟨 Parents can submit an application for their child/children to participate in such additional classes:
Classes are free within the cross-sectoral project of In Touch Ukraine Foundation with the support of UNICEF UNICEF Ukraine.
🟨 Teachers can also join the “Together to Learn” program:
Already, 440 teachers from 26 communities in the region have joined the project. Learning can be in both online and offline formats.
