The NGO “NGO “IN TOUCH UKRAINE FOUNDATION”, EDRPOU code 44749100, invites applications for a technical expert position in Central Ukraine for the project “Implementation of a Universal Progressive Model of Home Visits and Integrated Medical-Sanitary Services Oriented towards Children at the Local Level in Specific Regions of Ukraine”, to be implemented jointly with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) within the framework of the home visits program “Care from Birth at Home”.
Project Overview: The project aims to implement a universal progressive model of home visits and integrated medical-sanitary services oriented towards children at the local level in specific regions of Ukraine. The project will be implemented by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the NGO “IN TOUCH UKRAINE FOUNDATION” from March 2024 to February 2025.
Project Geography: Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Lviv, Volyn, Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, Zakarpattia regions.
Requirements:
- Full higher education in management/economics.
- At least 3 years of experience in management activities.
- Proficiency in Ukrainian.
- Understanding of the healthcare system in Ukraine and reform concepts.
- Knowledge of English at a minimum level of A2; knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Drive, Google Docs, Canvas, CRM systems.
- Certificates of professional development or competency development are advantageous.
- Zero tolerance for any manifestations of violence and discrimination, adherence to ethical norms.
Additional Documents Required:
- Confirmation of quality interaction with relevant authorities.
- At least 1 successful result of implementing a project where you were involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating quality interaction with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
- Interaction with project participants for work alignment and project representation.
- Forming a qualitative understanding of the expert field.
- Preparation of a conceptual document for launching training-resource centers for home visit models.
- Conducting monitoring visits to designated locations and preparing monitoring reports.
- Promoting the project at the national level.
- Preparation and submission of documents/reporting.

- Readiness for workload.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing requirements and conditions.
- Understanding of information access levels and ability to maintain confidentiality.
