NGO “INU TOUCH UKRAINE FOUNDATION”, EDRPOU code 44749100, invites an expert to cooperate, who can fulfill the role of a communications specialist for the project “Implementation of the universal progressive model of home visits and integrated medical and sanitary services oriented towards children at the local level in certain regions of Ukraine,” which will be implemented jointly with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) within the “Care from Birth at Home” home visiting program.
The project “Implementation of the universal progressive model of home visits and integrated medical and sanitary services oriented towards children at the local level in certain regions of Ukraine” is implemented by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the NGO “INU TOUCH UKRAINE FOUNDATION” and will take place from March 2024 to December 2025.
Service provision period: 10 months.
Project geography: Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Lviv, Volyn, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Zakarpattia regions.
“Care from Birth at Home” is a joint program of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and UNICEF, which involves the introduction of a universal-progressive model of home visits to improve the provision of medical and social assistance to families with children aged 0 to 3 years at the primary level. Meeting with the family in their own environment gives the specialist a unique opportunity to understand problems and make the right decision.
Requirements for candidates:
Higher education in the field of project management, public administration, international relations, medicine, public administration, journalism, PR, philology, etc.
Experience in project management, activities of non-governmental organizations, international projects for at least 2 years. Knowledge of English at the minimum level B2;
Knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage. Ability to work with Excel, Word, Google Drive, Google Docs, Canvas, Figma. High level of copywriting skills. Knowledge of digital marketing technologies.
Availability of certificates of qualification improvement or competency development will be an advantage. Zero tolerance for any manifestations of violence and discrimination, compliance with ethical standards. Additional documents required to participate in the competition:
Provide evidence of quality interaction with the Social Insurance Fund, regional state administrations, or other state or municipal bodies in designated territories (in any form); Provide 3 successful results of implementing projects of the MTD, where you acted as a team member. Brief description of functional duties:
Digital marketing, including writing and publishing informational articles in the media and posts on social networks to highlight the project’s results; Development of presentations; Conducting photo and video shooting within project events; Working with partners of the public organization and subcontractors in the field of advertising placement, design, and marketing communications; Assistance to the project team in compiling reports, providing necessary photo and video materials; Monitoring of publications in the media (including communication regarding violations of attribution, donor brand book during project implementation); Personal qualities:
Ability to independently organize their work, the process of information collection, and reporting; High level of communication skills, politeness, ability to work in a team; Readiness for loads; Understanding the structure of information access levels in the organization and the ability to keep confidential information; Responsibility, discipline.
