NGO “INU TOUCH UKRAINE FOUNDATION,” EDRPOU code 44749100, invites experts to cooperate in the role of a project monitoring and evaluation manager for the project “Implementation of a Universal Progressive Model of Home Visits and Integrated Health Services Oriented towards Children at the Local Level in Certain Regions of Ukraine,” to be implemented jointly with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) within the “Care from the First Breath” home visit program.
The project “Implementation of a Universal Progressive Model of Home Visits and Integrated Health Services Oriented towards Children at the Local Level in Certain Regions of Ukraine” is implemented by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the NGO “INU TOUCH UKRAINE FOUNDATION” and will take place from March 2024 to February 2025.
Project geography:
Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Kyivska, Chernihivska, Lvivska, Volynska, Odeska, Dnipropetrovska, Zakarpatska regions.
“Care from the First Breath” is a joint program of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and UNICEF, which involves the implementation of a universal-progressive model of home visits to improve the provision of medical and social assistance to families with children from 0 to 3 years old at the primary level. Meeting with the family in their own environment provides the specialist with a unique opportunity to understand the problems and make the right decision.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education in public administration, social sciences, economics, or at least 3 years of work experience in the field.
- Work experience in monitoring, activities of civil society organizations, international projects for at least 1 year.
- Knowledge of English at the minimum level A1; Knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic evaluation methodologies, as well as data collection and analysis methodologies.
- Ability to work with Excel, Word, Google Drive, Google Docs, Canvas, Figma, CRM systems, Data Check.
- Availability of certificates for professional development or competence development is an advantage.
- Zero tolerance for any manifestations of violence and discrimination, adherence to ethical norms.
Short description of functional responsibilities:
- Implementation of project monitoring and evaluation systems in accordance with UNICEF procedures.
- Monitoring project indicator performance, development, and implementation of data collection tools regarding project indicator performance.
- Monthly data collection on project progress and provision of information to the donor and project manager.
- Analysis of collected data and discussion with project manager/coordinator.
- Monitoring the maintenance of primary reporting documentation for service provision within the project.
- Conducting monitoring visits (if necessary) according to the project’s geography.
- Building a positive image around the respective project.
- Making proposals for improving reporting and statistical documentation on monitoring and evaluation of the organization’s work.
- Completion and submission of necessary reporting forms.

- Ability to independently organize own work, information gathering process, reporting.
- High level of communicability, politeness, ability to work in a team.
- Readiness for workload.
- High level of analytical skills complemented by the ability to process and analyze significant volumes of information.
- Understanding of information access levels in the organization and ability to maintain confidential information.
