🌍 We have engaged 87 highly qualified social workers in our project, covering various corners of our region. Our mission is to respond promptly to emergency situations and provide humanitarian case management for families with children.
🏘️ Our professionals work in 28 communities in the Zhytomyr region, and if necessary, they travel to neighboring communities. We cover Zhytomyr, Malyn, Korosten, Zhytomyr, and other communities.
🤗 Additionally, our experts provide referrals to other project specialists, ensuring comprehensive assistance to families with children who need support due to the consequences of the full-scale armed conflict in Ukraine.

🌟 Results of Our Positive Activities: Step-by-Step Contribution to Assistance and Support!
🤝 We not only create positive changes but also implement them! Here are some key results of our work:
Social Services for Thousands:
- Over 37,020 individuals received a complex of social services, timely redirection, and systematic case management for each case.
Support for Families in Difficult Situations:
- Within a pilot project with financial payments, 517 households that lost one or both breadwinners were covered. Needs assessment was conducted, a distribution plan was developed, and assistance was centrally procured and delivered to 497 households.
Operational Response to Challenges:
- Thanks to the diversified distribution of professionals in the region, we successfully addressed tasks on the ground, responding promptly to the needs of today.
Competency Enhancement and Positive Image:
- Additional training events and materials improved the skills of our professionals, reflecting in the quality of service provision. Communities acknowledged the positive image due to our experts.
Geographical Branching for Quality Understanding of Needs:
- Our geographical branching allows us to assess the development status of different departments more deeply, ensuring a qualitative understanding of working with vulnerable categories in different communities.

In Touch Ukraine Foundation, as the implementing partner of UNICEF in Zhytomyr, works with families following the Cash&Care model. This is not only financial assistance but also social and psychological support. We provide a comprehensive approach, ensuring families receive attention and assistance from various directions.
