Preventing and combating domestic violence is becoming a crucial task, and a key player in this process is the Mobile Teams of Social-Psychological Assistance. This specialized support service is designed for individuals who have become victims of domestic violence or gender-based violence.
The main tasks of the teams:
- Psychological Support: Providing emotional assistance and psychological support to victims.
- Emergency Assistance: Responding and providing social-psychological assistance within one day to those in urgent need through crisis and emergency interventions.
- Information and Education: Informing victims about available services (medical, social, psychological, legal) and other support services.
- Legal Empowerment: Explaining the rights of victims, options for assistance, and the advisability of seeking help.
- Information Activities: Conducting information and awareness-raising work aimed at fostering intolerance towards violence and increasing community awareness.

Developing effective strategies for providing comprehensive support and social-psychological assistance to those who have suffered from domestic violence or gender-based violence.
First Psychological Aid:
Improving the quality and speed of providing initial psychological aid to victims of domestic violence and gender-based violence.
Information Campaigns:
Creating effective information campaigns to prevent domestic violence among children and adults. The “help for self-help” concept aims to change awareness and behavior, providing tools for independent overcoming of violence. 📢
